Extended License

Use in a single end product that is offered for sale (e.g., SaaS applications, templates for sale).
Grants broader rights, including use in commercial projects that generate revenue.
Distribution of the product itself is still prohibited.

2. What’s Allowed

You may use the product on a single website or domain (per license).
You may customize the theme/template to fit your project.
You may use it for client work (within the scope of the license).

3. What’s Not Allowed

You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage the theme/template (even if modified).
You may not use the item in more than one project without purchasing additional licenses.
You may not claim the product as your own or remove copyright notices if included.

4. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All products remain the intellectual property of Sight and themezinho.net. The license grants usage rights, not ownership.

5. Support & Updates

License includes access to updates and bug fixes for the purchased version.
Support is available for active license holders via our Support Page or email.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital downloads, we generally do not offer refunds once a product is downloaded. Please read product details and ask pre-sale questions before purchase.

Exceptions may be made at our discretion in case of:

Critical technical issues
Accidental duplicate purchase

7. License Enforcement

Violation of licensing terms may result in license revocation, support denial, and legal action where applicable.
